Today, get to know our Vice President, Brian Cramp, CMCA®, AMS®.

How long have you been with Cardinal? Tell us about your role and primary responsibilities.

Rapidly approaching 10 years. My role with Cardinal Management Group is to manage the day to day operations of the Fairfax Office, oversee the Assistant Community Manager Program as well as the management of a diverse portfolio of community associations.

What are 3 words that best describe Cardinal?

Customer-Oriented, Honest and Responsive.

Describe what you feel makes Cardinal an industry leader and a great place to work.

Cardinal Management continues to train and invest in their employees and new industry technology.  Ownership is actively involved in the day to day operations and available to meet with clients and employees.

What does true leadership mean to you?

True leadership sets the vision/direction for the organization and works with the team to achieve agreed upon goals.

What advice would you give to prospective employees looking for a career with Cardinal?

Cardinal is a fast growing, family owned business with many opportunities for advancement.

What is your proudest moment working at Cardinal?

Winning WMCCAI’s Community Association of the Year 3 times during my tenor.

Is there one thing the public should know about Cardinal that perhaps they'll never guess?

Cardinal Management Group is an industry leading privately owned management company getting ready to celebrate 34 years in business.

Do you have any tips for someone that may be looking to get into the community management industry?

Fasten your seatbelt and get ready for an exciting ride.  No two days are the same and nothing surprises me after almost 10 years.
