Smart Violations Compliance Inspection – The software offers the most comprehensive and easy-to-use mobile compliance system in the community management industry! It will reduce compliance processing time while empowering committees, boards and the management team through online access to real-time information. GPS navigation makes it a breeze to pinpoint your exact location in the community, and color-coded house icons for each property quickly identify open/closed violations. Letters are created with just a few clicks: simply select the violation category, click the camera icon to snap a photo, add more detail as needed, and the software will automatically generate the letter with integrated pictures with date/time stamp. Letters are emailed to the owner automatically when an email address has been provided. Clickable response links embedded in the emailed violation letters open the channels of communication between management staff and homeowners.
