Cardinal is pleased to welcome two new community partners to their ever-growing client list. The process of bidding out your management agreement is not easy by any means and takes the hard work and dedication of the Board of Directors. When putting your management services out to bid, you cannot delegate this task to current management and the heavy lifting is all done by homeowner volunteers. So, when a Board sees it through to the end it is rewarding to say the least.
We are excited to introduce you to Courthouse Station Homeowners Association and Concord Village Community Association who began their partnership and journey to change with Cardinal on November 1st. Courthouse is a medium sized townhome community in Vienna, Virginia. The community basketball court serves as the community’s single amenity. This lovely neighborhood is proudly lead by Mr. John Adams, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, Senior Portfolio Manager.
As we continued to build our footprint in the Fairfax and surrounding areas, we are thrilled to have been retained by Concord Village, closely situated next to one of our long time community partners, The Oakton, A Condominium. Concord Village is also a medium sized townhome community, with just about 176 homes situated nicely in well manicured landscaping. The community tennis court and tot lot bring much enjoyment to those who call Concord Village home. Ms. Tamara Padgett, CMCA®, AMS®, is excited to hit the ground running and looks forward to a long lasting partnership with the Association.
